FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Below are some of the most commonly asked questions regarding sports training and the work I do at Shaun Harrad Coaching. However, if you don’t find the answer you are looking for, please give me a call or send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION OR BLOCK COURSE?
The quickest way to book a session or block course is to complete the online booking form, you can find this on the contact page of this site. All completed booking forms should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. However should you have any questions that you would like to ask before completing the form you can contact me via the contact form.
Please note that when booking a block course you can carry up to two missed weeks over in any one block due to illness /holiday however we do ask out of courtesy that you provide adequate notice of any absence where necessary.
Booking is essential to guarantee a place as limited spaces are available.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR A SESSION OR BLOCK COURSE?
All sessions can be paid by Bank Transfer details of payment methods are found on the booking form on the contact page of this site. All sessions must be paid at or before the scheduled session however for block courses full payment must be paid prior to the first session.
DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN LEVEL OF FITNESS TO TRAIN WITH SHAUN HARRAD COACHING?
No, all abilities and level of fitness are welcome.
WHERE ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS HELD?
Classes are currently being held at Elms Park Playing Fields, Ruddington, Nottingham.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR TO THE SESSIONS?
Normal sportswear, shin pads, football boots (moulded studs) or trainers.
WHERE ARE THE 1-2-1 SESSIONS HELD?
1-2-1 sessions are held on local parks, However I can carry out the sessions at your home subject to the outdoor area being suitable. Please note that all 1-2-1 sessions will require an adult /carer to be present.
